Called Mr. Wilson regarding his appendix to the bom. The appendix was sent in a huge binder w/ a plastic cover. I informed Mr. Wilson that the binding did not comply w/ the rules. Mr. Wilson informed me that the appendix is the same appendix that the Court already has on file. He was not sure if he needed to resubmit it. I informed him that if it was already on file then there was no need to refile it. He said to go ahead and discard of the appendix that he filed w/ the bom.
