He said that after he looked at the brief he decided that it was better to file it as amended instead of substituting out the copies originally filed 7/29. I told him that we still ended up subs. the copies with the amended brief and we removed from the cover that it was amended (to alleviate confusion). I told him that his br was filed as of 7/29 and that his motion would be granted to that date. He agreed and apologized for any confusion.
