Made several attempts to get a hold of Ms. Tracy Rhine. Called the number in CMS and she is no longer at the number. I called the resp's atty and they gave me her last two known numbers. I called both numbers and rec'd no results. I contacted Pear Ridge Apt Complex (last known address from resp) and they could not verify if she was a tenant or not since I am not on the lease.
