Judge Stanton of the 134th District Court called to inform BH that he had not received notice of the Court's opinion and that he was prepared to comply. He also stated that he is the successor to Judge Ashby who issued the order at issue in this case. According to Judge Stanton, he became the successor to Judge Ashby before the opinion was issued in this case. And the Governor announced his appointment to the bench the day before oral argument. We have no record of the parties notifying the Court.
