Spoke with Ms. Mitchell explaining our CMS system. I told her that she is no longer showing up as lead counsel for the respondent. Scott Brister is now lead. I also explained that once she is added to a case we cannot completely delete her out. We have it noted on our end that she is no longer a attorney for resp, but our CMS is not smart enough to indicate that on the Web. She understood. In addition, I told her that we would be dismissing her motion as moot. She agreed.
