According to Mr. Johanson, the COA opinion stated that his case 01-07-0572-CV is under TC no. 350-605-402, although, he included the TC order "401" in his pet/rev. The Trial Court assigned different numbers for the three defendants, and his case was assigned "402", but the original order for all parties is from Case "401" (which is what he is appealing).
