Relator Estrella Resources LLC hereby provides notice that, as of 01-01-2011, Hon. James Stanton is no longer the presiding judge of the 134th Dallas District Court. Further, Hon. Dale Tillery is now the presiding judge. In addition, Relator notifies the Court that on 01-11-2011 a motion requesting that Judge Tillery set aside the order dated 10-26-10 and compel the Plaintiff & Third Party Defendants to provide essential discovery.
