He said he will find an attorney to represent the respondents and get the response in as soon as possible.

None of the attorneys that are listed in the petition are representing respondents now. I instructed Ms. Cruz to find out who their attorney was and then file a motion for extension of time to file the requested response and a notice of lead counsel.

Spoke with former assistant to J.D. Brown, Sherida Stone, who said this case has not left the law firm. She is going to find out who is handling the case and will call back.
