Several calls & emails were made between the Clerk's Ofc. & Attorny Ray Hill. The petition and motion to extend time were rejected back on Nov 18, 2011. On the first week of January, Mr. Hill contacted one of the deputies after undergoing chemotherapy treatments, and he stated he didn't knew that his petition and motion were rejected. However, technically the files were e-Filed, therefore it have been backdated to 11/18/11. Mr. Hill said that he is going to re-file it as soon as he can.
