BH called petitioner's counsel Alfred Rufty, III. BH informed Mr. Rufty that petitioner's brief had not been filed. Mr. Rufty explained that he efiled the document on 12/27/2012. But he received a call today stating that the document had been rejected because it did not contain a certification of the word count. Mr. Rufty further stated the wrong version had been efiled. BH suggested Mr. Rufty file a motion for extension of time and fix the problems. Mr. Rufty said he would immediately call respondents to confer on the motion.
