Received phone call from Michael Shulman, attorney for the State, about the judgment issued on March 15, 2013. The third item states that K.S. shall recover, and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, shall pay, the costs incurred in the Court and the court of appeals. He points out that the State is exepmt from fees and the petitioner is pauper. I told him that we would discuss the best way to amend the judgment with the Clerk of the Court.
