Mr. Munoz stated that he cannot provide a judgment from the trial court because the trial court did not enter a final judgment. He stated that he was relying on the "premature filing rule" to file his notice of appeal. The Clerk told Mr. Munoz to resubmit his petition and the Clerk's Office would forward it to the Court as is because we have done all we can to assist Mr. Munoz.
